TDD Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Guangxi Calcium Carbonate Industry Association to Jointly Promote Cross-Border Integration and Innovative Development in the Building Materials Industry

On September 17, IBI Duoduo booth made its debut at the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo. During the event, Tong Zhangfa, President of the Guangxi Calcium Carbonate Industry Association, and his delegation visited the IBI Duoduo booth for a tour and communication.

In the presence of Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI and Founder & CEO of TDD, An Shen, Senior Vice President of TDD, and Shao Zhaojun, Senior Vice President of TDD, Tong Zhangfa and Shao Chunsheng, Senior Vice President of TDD and General Manager of the Cross-Border Industry Development Department, jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will carry out multi-level and multi-dimensional cooperation in areas such as integration of resources in the building materials industry chain, cross-border supply chain collaboration, and the construction of digital trade platforms.

After that, Shao Chunsheng and his team visited the headquarters of the Guangxi Calcium Carbonate Industry Association for a follow-up visit and held in-depth discussions and exchanges with Tong Zhangfa.

During the exchange, Tong Zhangfa highly praised IBI's platform operation capabilities in the industrial Internet field and TDD’s achievements in digital services within the building materials industry chain. He stated that since its establishment, the Guangxi Calcium Carbonate Industry Association has continuously promoted the intensive, green, and high-end development of the local calcium carbonate industry. It has now formed a solid industrial foundation with outstanding resource endowments, a complete industry chain, and significant regional advantages. The association looks forward to deepening cooperation with TDD in areas such as collective procurement of raw material  and cross-border expansion, jointly expanding the China-ASEAN market, and promoting the high-quality development of the regional building materials industry.

Shao Chunsheng stated that TDD, as an industrial digitalization service platform under IBI, has long focused on vertical sectors such as building materials and chemicals, and is committed to promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement across the industrial chain through Internet technology. The Guangxi Calcium Carbonate Industry Association possesses abundant industry resources and a complete service system, providing a solid foundation for cooperation and broad prospects. TDD hopes to work hand in hand with the association to accelerate the implementation of the "China-ASEAN Calcium-Based New Materials Trading Center" project, creating a strong joint cross-border calcium-based new materials supply chain hub, empowering Guangxi's calcium carbonate industry to move up the value chain, and contributing to the integration of the regional economy into the new dual-circulation development pattern.

This cooperation marks a new stage in the collaboration between TDD and the Guangxi Calcium Carbonate Industry Association in areas such as coordination within the building materials industry chain and cross-border digital trade. Both parties will leverage their respective resource advantages to jointly promote the innovation ecosystem of calcium-based new materials and inject new momentum into China-ASEAN building materials industry cooperation.

The signing of the agreement was attended by Wu Haiyan, Secretary-General of the Guangxi Calcium Carbonate Industry Association; Li Renjie, Deputy Secretary-General; Qi Junjie, Assistant to the President; and Zheng Delian, Vice President of TDD and Executive Deputy General Manager of the Cross-Border Industry Development Department.
