Oubang Heavy-duty Anti-corrosion Thermosetting Powder Coating
Heavy-duty anti-corrosion powder coating employs a core formulation based on pure epoxy resin, combined with phenolic curing agents and accelerators to construct a densely cross-linked, chemically inert coating film. Titanium dioxide in the formulation provides excellent opacity and a foundation for weather resistance, while precipitated barium sulfate enhances coating hardness and prevents settling. Gloss-enhancing agents ensure a smooth, even surface and reduce porosity. Through the synergistic action of these components, the coating ultimately forms a hard, dense, and strongly adherent protective barrier, offering long-term resistance to chemical corrosion, salt spray, humidity, and mechanical damage.
