Oubang Metallic Powder employs a polyester resin/pure epoxy hybrid system, which provides a balance of excellent chemical resistance and mechanical strength. The incorporation of metallic pigments such as aluminum powder imparts a distinctive metallic luster to the surface. Within the formulation, precipitated barium sulfate enhances coating hardness and corrosion resistance, while leveling and gloss-enhancing agents ensure a smooth and uniform finish. Benzoin serves to eliminate pinholes, wax additives improve scratch resistance, and matting agents allow for precise gloss adjustment. The resulting coating combines superior corrosion resistance, robust physical protection, and a high-decorative metallic appearance.
