Composition: 835 is a universal and environmentally-friendly polyurethane ink connector modified

with organosilicon, which has a special dendritic chemical structure.

Functions and Characteristics:

1.Widely applicable substrate, with good high temperature resistance, can be used for the preparation

of thin film varnish.

2. Excellent wetting and dispersing properties, no crystallinity, and good gloss of the prepared varnish.

3.The introduction of the organosilicon structure makes it with excellent wettability and heat-resistant

adhesion.

4. It has good compatibility with various resins such as chloroacetic acid resin, NC, CAB cellulose,

aldehyde ketone resin, etc.

Application/Usage areas:

835 meets the legal and regulatory requirements for ink coatings used in food packaging, and

can be completely dissolved in mixed solvents of esters and alcohols. Therefore, it is suitable

for preparing environmentally friendly polyurethane light oil products without benzene and

ketone. Due to its unique chemical structure, when used in conjunction with curing agents, it

can achieve excellent scratch resistance and temperature resistance. Therefore, it is particularly

suitable for preparing high-performance extinction oil and hand photosensitive oil

Features of 835 used in gravure matte ink:

1. Print and replicate immediately, no sticking to guide rollers.

2. High-temperature and scratch-resistant. Particularly suitable for eight-side sealing.

3. After curing, it has strong adhesion to over 70% of untreated BOPP films on the market.

4. Long shelf life after mixing with a curing agent.

Recommendations for using 835 resin in gravure matte inks:

1. Adding 5-8% isopropyl alcohol to the matte ink formula can help open up the 835 resin,

improve powder wettability, and reduce viscosity.

2. The curing agent dosage should be 3-5% of the total matte ink volume (e.g., for 100 kg of

matte ink, only 3- 5 kg of Covestro N75 curing agent stock solution is needed).

3. For customers with specific requirements for scratch resistance, curing agent stock solution

dosage >5%, we recommend adding a higher Tg resin and increasing the wax powder dosage to

the formulation. Otherwise, this can cause the product to stick to the guide roller immediately

after printing.

Matters Needing Attention:

1. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months.

2. If not used up after opening, please seal immediately and keep away from fireworks.

3. If in contact with the skin, please rinse with soap and plenty of water.
