Taoyuan Junhe Wild Tea Development Co., Ltd., established in November 2015, is a provincial-level leading agricultural enterprise integrating poverty alleviation, wild tea development, tea planting, tea processing (black and green tea), tea brand creation, tea culture exploration, tea marketing planning, and tea packaging design. Located in the Wuyunjie National Nature Reserve, situated on the "Guniu Mountain," the ridge of Taoyuan County, the company benefits from high mountains and dense forests, with an average altitude of 854 meters and a maximum altitude of 1163 meters, boasting a forest vegetation rate of over 92.5%.
Currently, the company possesses standardized tea processing plants, tea packaging workshops, and 11,000 square meters of tea storage space, along with five automated tea processing production lines. It has developed 3,800 mu of high-altitude wild tea plantations and newly planted 1,017 mu of high-quality organic tea gardens, including 424 mu of poverty alleviation bases. The tea industry is a traditional industry in the Wuyunjie protected area, with every household possessing an old tea garden. These old tea leaves are a rare species, and testing by relevant departments has shown that they fully comply with 476 national and even EU organic standards. In 2021, it received organic certification from China Green Food Development Center.
Nestled amidst the wild clouds, Junhe Wild Tea Development Co., Ltd.'s "Yunling 1028" black tea has achieved remarkable natural perfection. Winning the 2017 "China Tea Cup" Special Award, it was the only winner from Hunan Province. In 2018, it won the Gold Award at the 5th Hangzhou Tea Olympics. In 2022, it won the Gold Award at the 12th International Dingcheng Tea King Competition and was named one of the Top Ten Hunan Black Tea Product Brands. It also represented Hunan as a geographical indication product at the 12th Beijing International Agricultural Trade Fair, receiving unanimous praise.
The company's Libaoshan Tea Garden base has become a popular tourist destination, and the development trend of "tea + tourism" is growing rapidly, laying a solid foundation for rural revitalization through tea tourism integration.
