1. Upstream Raw Materials: Coal tar prices are 3,500 yuan/ton in Shandong; 3,520 yuan/ton in Shanxi; and 3,520 yuan/ton in Hebei. The overall commercial sentiment in the domestic high-temperature coal tar market has weakened, and stocking is unlikely to occur.
