Analysis of China’s titanium sponge output on 2022 Oct

根据涂多多统计,2022年10月中国海绵钛产量17475吨，同比增长93.09%；环比2022年9月海绵钛产量增长1.30%；2022年1-10月海绵钛累计产量约135124吨，较去年同期增长14.97%，产量增加约17595吨。同比大幅增加主要为去年10月市场及部分地区双控政策影响，加之原料镁锭价格过高，半流程企业基本停产减产状态，市场产量大幅下滑；今年随着原辅料价格持稳，及企业货源紧张，市场产能积极释放，市场产量稳中上行。

According to Tuduoduo, the production of titanium sponge is 17475ton on Oct,2022, up 93.09% year on year; increase 1.3% month on month from the production on Sept,2022; From January to October 2022, the cumulative output of titanium sponge is about 135,124 tons, an increase of 14.97% over the same period last year, and the output have rose by about 17,595 tons.Due to it is the October of last year of the market that surge sharply and affected by the double control policy in some areas, coupled with the overpriced raw material magnesium ingot, semi-process enterprises basically in a status of reducing or stopping production, the market production has fallen steeply; this year, as the price of raw materials&auxiliary materials remained stable, and the tight supply of enterprises, the capacity has released actively, market production in a steady upward trend.

10月除贵州企业因原料紧张，产量小幅减少外，市场其他企业积极提产，整体产量将继续增加。

今年国内下游民品、军工市场整体需求旺盛，市场需求增幅在3%-5%，加之国际市场俄乌影响，出口订单大幅增加，在海绵钛市场供应持续增加下，企业库存维持低位；10月个别企业新单接单有所转弱，受货源紧张影响，加之原材料价格持续高位，后期在市场产能稳定释放下，海绵钛价格将持稳运行。
