Titanium dioxide production analysis in April 2021
According to TDD statistics, in April 2021, China's titanium dioxide production was 325,900 tons, down 0.79% YoY, but up 13.07% compared to the same period last year. From January to April 2021, production totaled about 1,255,800 tons, up 18.33% compared to the same period last year.
根据多多统计，2021年4月中国钛白粉产量32.59万吨，环比减少0.79%，同比去年增长13.07%，2021年1-4月产量共计约125.58万吨，同比去年增长18.33%。
April regional production saw both increases and decreases; some manufacturers were affected by equipment overhauls and strict environmental inspections, leading to reduced or halted production. In April, there were also manufacturers with new capacity releases as well as enterprises that completed overhauls, resulting in increased production, but overall production decreased slightly.
4月份地区产量有增有减，部分厂家受装置检修及环保组严查等因素影响有所减产停产，4月也有厂家新增产能释放也有企业检修完成，产量有所增长，但整体产量小幅减少。
四月份产量排名前三的地区分别是四川、山东、安徽，分布占总产量的23%、16%、13%。
April production ranking of the top three regions are Sichuan, Shandong, Anhui, accounting for 23%, 16%, and 13% of total production, respectively.
The production of chloride process titanium dioxide in April was 22,600 tons, 18% lower than the production in March.
4月氯化法钛白粉产量在2.26万吨，环比3月产量减少18%。
