Zhonghe Titanium White industry ranked second in China
Zhonghe Huayuan Titanium White Company Limited has expanded its scale internally and further enhanced its production capacity. At present, its main product, rutile titanium dioxide, has formed an annual output of 330,000 tons of crude products and 400,000 tons of finished products, ranking second in China in the industry, and achieved an annual turnover of RMB 2.715 billion in the first three quarters of 2020.
Zhonghe Huayuan Titanium White Company Limited in Jiayuguan City was established in 1989, is China's first rutile titanium dioxide production technology from abroad to introduce a full set of 10,000 tons of titanium dioxide plant, the enterprise's main product rutile titanium dioxide known as "industrial monosodium glutamate", is widely used in coatings, plastics, paper, printing ink, chemical fiber, rubber, cosmetics and other industries.In 2012, the enterprise introduced Anhui Jinxing Titanium White Company Limited after restructuring, forming three production bases of Anhui Jinxing Titanium White (Group) Company Limited, Gansu Oriental Titanium Industry Company Limited and Gansu He Cheng Titanium Industry Company Limited, with products sold to more than 50 countries and regions around the world.
The "lithium iron phosphate project" and "water-soluble monoammonium phosphate project" invested by Zhonghe Huayuan Titanium White Company Limited can fully consume the acidic waste water and ferrous sulphate by-products from the production of titanium dioxide.It can achieve efficient value-added utilization of titanium dioxide by-products, effectively reduce overall production costs and help build a circular economic chain for the titanium industry.
