3. Addition Amount
Adding 0.2-0.6% HT-F111 according to the total amount of the formula can effectively eliminate foam in production or use. In the process of coating preparation, the additive has the advantage that it can be added twice, that is, it can inhibit the generation of foam in the stage of pigment grinding, and the other half can be added in the preparation of coating. The unusual compatibility of the product makes it a post-additive adjustment additive. This minimizes the risk of defects in the coating caused by foam. The product is an efficient defoamer, which is widely used in latex adhesive systems and water-based ink. The basic dosage is 0.5% of the total amount of formula (ink or adhesive), which can be adjusted appropriately to achieve the best effect.
4. Storage and Packaging
After low-temperature storage and freezing, it needs to melt slowly at room temperature and can be used only after thoroughly mixing.
