This product is a single-component chlorinated rubber primer formulated with chlorinated rubber resin as the base material, combined with anti-rust pigments, other fillers, plasticizers, additives, and organic solvents. It features fast drying, excellent adhesion, and can be applied at low temperatures. The product offers good water resistance, corrosion resistance, and moisture tolerance.
Applications
Suitable for use as a primer coat on steel structures such as bridges and storage tanks in moderately corrosive environments. It can also be applied to pipelines, equipment, and steel structures in factories and power plants exposed to chemically corrosive atmospheres.
High Chlorinated Polyethylene Topcoat 1049
This product is a single-component high chlorinated polyethylene topcoat formulated primarily with high chlorinated polyethylene resin, blended with other synthetic resins, pigments, fillers, additives, and organic solvents. It offers fast drying, strong adhesion, and provides excellent oil resistance and corrosion protection.
Applications
Suitable for coating applications in corrosive environments, including steel structures and cement surfaces in industries such as chemical, petroleum, electric power, machinery, and metallurgy.
