Oubang Outdoor Wrinkle Thermosetting Powder Coating
Outdoor wrinkle powder is formulated with weatherable pure polyester resin as the main component, combined with specialized curing agents to form a highly weather-resistant coating framework. Titanium dioxide is added to provide excellent coverage and a base color. Specialized waxes and barium-based additives work synergistically during the melting and curing process to precisely control the surface tension and leveling of the coating, thereby inducing the formation of uniform and stable three-dimensional wrinkles. The introduction of CAB (cellulose acetate butyrate) further adjusts the rheological properties, ensuring clear texture and excellent reproducibility.
