74% Grade Acid-soluble Slag
The 74% acid-soluble slag is a commonly used basic raw material in the titanium chemical and metallurgical fields. Produced from ilmenite through specific smelting processes, it features a stable 74% acid-soluble component content and boasts favorable chemical activity and process compatibility.
With controllable impurity levels, this product can meet the requirements of basic procedures such as sulfate-process titanium dioxide production and metallurgical auxiliary preparation. Both powder and block forms are available and can be customized according to customer requirements, allowing flexible adaptation to the feeding specifications of different production lines. It stands out for its outstanding cost-effectiveness, which not only reduces the raw material procurement costs of small and medium-sized enterprises, but also simplifies the pretreatment process. It is an economical choice for the mass production of conventional titanium series products and metallurgical additives.
