AG-C Aerogel High Temperarure thermal Insulation Coating are formulated by blending nanoporous SiO₂ aerogel powder with an inorganic binder into a viscous water-based paste, and can be conveniently applied via troweling, scraping, or spraying. AG-C200, AG-C400, and AG-C600 are designed for operating temperatures up to 250℃, 450℃, and 650℃, respectively.Boasting long service life, Class A fire resistance, and superior thermal insulation, these coatings are ideal for insulating industrial high temperature pipes, equipment, valves, flanges, and other irregular parts. They also function as caulking or bonding agents in high-temperature environments and prevent pipe scalds, effectively resolving the "last mile" problem of thermal insulation.
