Anti-corrosion and rust-proof paint

1Anti-Rust Paint

Formulated with rosin-modified phenolic resin or polyol rosin ester, drying vegetable oil, pigments, and anti-rust fillers, blended with drying agents and turpentine.

Fast air-drying, hard film, good anti-rust properties.

General rust protection on metal surfaces, primarily used as a primer. Often paired with alkyd enamel.

 

2Alkyd Tinting PaintMade by mixing drying vegetable oil, polyol rosin esters, etc., with pigments, then adding drying agents and turpentine.

Relatively fast air-drying, hard film, certain water resistance.

7For general protection and decoration on indoor/outdoor metal, wood, and building surfaces.

 

3Alkyd Primer

Made from drying vegetable oil-modified phenolic resin mixed with color powder and anti-rust fillers, then adding drying agents and 200# solvent oil. Requires air-drying.

Good adhesion, certain corrosion resistance, good bonding with alkyd and other topcoats. Good durability under normal climates, but poorer in damp/heat conditions.

For priming and rust prevention on metal surfaces. Available in iron red and gray.

 

4Alkyd Enamel

Made from vegetable oil-modified alkyd phenolic resin ground with pigments and blended with drying agents.

Air-dries, good gloss, excellent flexibility, good adhesion, and outdoor durability.

For coating various metal equipment and wooden furniture.

 

5Alkyd Varnish

Made from drying vegetable oil-modified alkyd phenolic resin ground with pigments and blended with drying agents.

Air-dries, film has good adhesion and durability; but poor water resistance.

For finishing coats on indoor/outdoor metal and cement surfaces.

 

6Bituminous Paint

A black paint made by blending 5# petroleum asphalt with pure phenol, dissolved in 200# solvent oil.

Easy application, air-dries quickly, excellent moisture resistance, sewage resistance, and water immersion capability.

Specifically for waterproofing cement surfaces below the waterline on freshwater hulls. Also for sewers, underground pipes, culverts, and other structures underground or permanently submerged in water, for rust/corrosion protection on metal and wood.

 

7Epoxy Ester Primer

Made by reacting epoxy resin with vegetable oil acids, adding pigments, anti-rust fillers, drying agents, and blending in a xylene/butanol mixed solvent. Requires air-drying.

Hard, durable film, good adhesion. When used with hardened topcoats, can improve the coating's wear, salt spray, and rust resistance.

For ferrous and light metal surfaces, also suitable for metal materials in coastal and humid/tropical regions as a primer.

 

8Alkyd Baking Primer

Made by grinding alkyd resin with pigments and adding drying agents.

Baked at 120-140°C. Film hardness is better than other primers, with excellent adhesion.

For priming metal components, compatible with alkyd, epoxy, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, perchlorovinyl, and acrylic topcoats.

 

9、Filler Primer

Made by mixing alkyd resin with calcium-based materials and glycerol rosin ester, adding pigments and fillers for grinding.

Film air-dries relatively quickly, easy to sand.

For coating castings and vehicle surfaces, generally used with putty and topcoats.

 

10、Quick-Drying Primer

Made with special quick-drying resin, pigments, and fillers for grinding.

Film air-dries very quickly, easy to sand.

For rust prevention on sheet metal.
