High-wear-resistant water-based floor paint is a new generation of environmentally friendly flooring material formed by polymerizing nano-inorganic silicate materials with high molecular resins. Through molecular structure composite technology, this product perfectly combines the rigidity of inorganic materials with the toughness of organic polymers, forming a composite coating system with a three-dimensional network structure. Water-soluble silicate, under the action of a catalyst, undergoes a coupling reaction with polyurethane or epoxy resins to produce -Si-O-C- chemical bonds, forming a molecular-level composite structure that combines the hardness of cement with the toughness of resin. This unique structure allows the product to possess both the flame retardancy, weather resistance, and wear resistance of inorganic coatings and the texture and toughness of polymer floors. Scope of Application:◆ Airports terminals, high-speed rail stations, bus terminals, basketball courts, cultural squares, and other high-traffic transportation hubs.◆ School corridors, laboratories, gymnasiums, hospital corridors, operating rooms, and other areas with strict hygiene requirements.◆ Shopping centers, exhibition halls, production workshops, car dealerships, parking lots, courtyards, and similar areas.◆ Other floors requiring protective treatment.Usage Instructions:❶ Thoroughly clean oil stains on the floor, grind, and remove loose layers, delaminations, cement residues, etc. Ensure the substrate is clean and dry before construction.❷ Roll or spray the primer, allow to dry for more than 4 hours, and cure the floor. Coating area: 10-12㎡/KG.❸ Roll or spray the color paint, allow to dry for more than 4 hours. Coating area: 4.5-5.5㎡/two coats/KG.❹ Roll or brush the marking paint, drying time needs to be more than 24 hours.❺ Roll or spray the inorganic topcoat. The roller must be clean. If spraying, clean the spray gun with water. It can be applied wet-on-wet in two coats. Once the inorganic topcoat is fully dry, it must not be recoated. Usage: 12-15㎡/KG.Precautions:◆ New cement substrates must be cured for more than 28 days and have a moisture content below 12% before construction. Any joints, depressions, or voids must be treated in advance and completely dried, otherwise later cracking may occur.◆ During construction, if local peeling occurs, it is caused by oil stains on the cement surface. Grind off the peeling area and re-roll a layer of transparent primer.◆ After construction, allow 5-7 days for normal use.◆ Unopened, this product has a shelf life of 12 months.
