Product introduction
This product is a biodegradable polyester-based polyurethane, which is used as the matrix resin of high-performance marine antifouling coatings and provides durable antifouling ability.
Product Features
The unique degradability of the main chain enables it to degrade at a controlled rate in seawater, continuously renew its surface, and thus control the release of antifouling agents.
It is responsive to fouling pressure (the higher the concentration of biological enzyme, the faster the degradation).
It has excellent paint film adhesion and flexibility, and can meet the antifouling requirements of flexible substrates.
It is fully biodegradable in seawater, avoiding microplastics pollution, so it is a green product.
Reminder
The product contains solvent, and skin contact may cause irritation. It must comply with the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), which includes information such as labeling, transportation and storage, as well as relevant information on product use, product safety and ecology.
Packaging and storage
Packaging specifications are 45 kg/ barrel, 180 kg/ barrel, and packed in iron drums.
When the product is exposed to air, the solvent will evaporate and dry, so it must be stored in a sealed container. When properly stored in the original sealed container, the product can be stored stably for at least 12 months, but the viscosity may increase with the storage time.
