The "Zhenrong" brand circumcision stapler is the world's first product with multiple national invention patents. In the early days, most circumcision surgeries were performed by manual cutting and suturing. Later, it evolved into the use of electrocautery, laser, double-ring compression, and suture ligation methods. The aim of all these traditional methods was to cut off the redundant foreskin and then suture it. However, these traditional methods all have problems such as imperfect incisions and complications like edema and pain that are difficult to solve.

Currently, there are mainly two types of staplers on the market: those with gasketed wire staples and those with winged staples. Many products imitate the "Zhenrong" brand silicone staple gaskets, but they use rubber-like materials or non-woven fabrics for the staple gaskets, which cannot achieve the ideal effect of the original "Zhenrong" product. Winged staples do not provide ideal incision suturing and cannot guarantee that they will not enter the skin. Moreover, the incision heals unevenly and is not aesthetically pleasing.

The "Zhenrong" circumcision stapler is unique in that it adds staple gaskets to the incision edge. This feature helps to stop bleeding and protect the incision from splitting during erection. It also ensures that the staples do not grow into the tissue, eliminating concerns for both doctors and patients. It effectively assists the staples in naturally and smoothly falling off within the specified time. The healed incision is smooth as before, like a cosmetic procedure.

The "Zhenrong" original product's staples are particularly fine (φ0.3mm), with gaps of 1.4mm for the small size and 1.7mm for the large size between two staples. This effectively allows lymph fluid and tissue fluid to seep out through the foreskin opening and prevents accumulation in the incision, which could cause edema. The staples are 1.0mm and 1.2mm away from the edge of the cut tissue for the small and large sizes respectively, ensuring safe and effective suturing and preventing the incision from splitting due to erection.
