D-3148 Single-component waterborne acrylic epoxy emulsion
D-3148 is a zero-VOC, high-performance acrylic epoxy emulsion characterized by high hardness and high flexibility, along with excellent water resistance and chemical resistance. It offers fast surface drying, rapid overall drying, and good anti-blocking properties. Additionally, it demonstrates excellent directional alignment for metallic pigments such as pearl powder and aluminum powder.
It is recommended to adjust the pH of D-3148 with an appropriate organic amine.
Application Areas:
• Water-based baking paint systems requiring high hardness and flexibility;
• Water-based baking paint systems for pearl and metallic silver finishes;
• Other applications demanding high chemical resistance.

Storage Conditions:
