Product Overview
Disuper S32 is a new generation of polymer dispersant that contain unique block copolymer . used to disperse and stabilize organic pigments, especially heterocyclic pigments (R122, R254).
Key Feature
- Does not contain any organic solvents and suitable for water-based systems.

Quickly and fully wet the pigment particles and shorten the grinding time.

Prevent color floating and blooming, improve tinting power and gloss.
- Reduce the viscosity of the dispersion system and improve the rheological properties of the dispersion system.

Suitable for resin free system (without grinding resin), extending storage period.
Application
Well suitable for producing water-based coatings, water-based color pastes, and water-based gravure inks. Specially designed to produce industrial coatings and resin-free colorants that reduce floating and blooming colors.
Added during the pigment dispersion stage; usually dispersed into water for pre-dispersion, and finally stirred to add the pigment.

Precautions
When used in water-based coatings, attention should be paid to controlling the pH value of the system. Water-based coatings may have a tendency to be unstable in storage, and it is recommended that the long-term storage properties of the entire system be evaluated.
