Double layer steel belt cooling resin flaker
Molten material is distributed onto a steel belt moving at a constant speed. It is cooled and solidified by sprayed cooling water under the belt. To produce different shapes of final product, such as hemispheres and flakes, different types of distirbutors are available for selection based on material characteristics.
Final pellets: Semi-ball, diameter 1-10mm
Final flakers: Thickness 1-5mm
