Product Overview
Leveling Agent F40 is a specialised organosilicon polymer. It combines leveling, wetting and defoaming functions. By reducing surface tension in coatings, it enhances substrate wettability. Improves leveling and increases gloss. Suitable for both water-based and solvent-based systems.

Dosage
Water-based systems (water-based pigments, coatings, emulsion paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): Recommended dosage 0.1–0.5% of total formulation
Usage Method:
May be incorporated at any stage during production. For ease of addition, the additive may be pre-diluted with a suitable solvent. For complex formulations and application conditions, rigorous testing prior to use is strongly recommended.
Storage
Dry location between 5°C and 30°C.
