In addition to providing a certain wetting and dispersing effect on pigments, it can also improve the uniformity and stability of pigments in the coating. Moreover, it has a certain promoting effect on the scrub resistance, freeze-thaw stability, adhesion, and mechanical strength of the coating film.

usage method:

 The addition amount mainly depends on the hardness of the emulsion polymerization. For emulsions with higher glass transition temperature, a larger addition amount is needed to achieve the same film - forming effect. For emulsions with lower glass transition temperature, the addition amount can be appropriately increased according to the situation. It can be added during the grinding process of the color paste or in two times during the mixing process. Adding it twice can give full play to its role. During the mixing process, adding 1/2 first and then adding 1/2 after the color paste is adjusted can help to control the generation of bubbles.
