Overview

Features

◆The basic cabinet frame of GCK is a combined assembly structure. All the cabinet frames are galvanized and sprayed with plastic treatment. They are connected to each other by screws to form a basic cabinet frame, and then the doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, and mounting brackets are used as needed. As well as busbars and electrical components and other parts, assembled into a complete control center cabinet, the cabinet structure has the following characteristics.

◆Cabinet frame The cabinet frame is made of shaped steel, using three-dimensional corner plates for positioning, and bolted connection without welding structure to avoid welding deformation and stress, and improve installation accuracy.

◇The molding size of the parts, the hole size, and the equipment interval are modularized. (Modulus E=20mm, the same below).

◇The internal structural parts are galvanized.

◇The exterior is phosphated: then sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder.

◇The cabinet frame is divided into three isolated sections of bus bar, functional unit and cable, which can prevent the spread of accidents and facilitate point-of-care maintenance.

◆Functional unit (drawer part)

◇Functional unit: feeder unit, motor unit, public power supply unit.

◇The modulus of drawer layer height is 200 mm. The rated current of the unit loop is 630 A and below.

◇Each MCC cabinet can install up to 9 one-unit drawers or 181/2-unit drawers.

◇The trap door in the compartment automatically opens and closes as the drawer advances and pulls out, so that the vertical bus bar cannot be touched in the compartment.

◇The back of the functional unit has main circuit inlet and outlet plugs, auxiliary circuit secondary plugs and grounding plugs.

◇The grounding plugsures the continuity of the protection circuit when the drawer is at the separation test link position.

 

Conditions of Use

◆The ambient temperature should not be higher than+40°℃, not lowerthan-5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not be higher than +35℃. When it exceeds, the capacity should be reduced and run according to the actual situation

◆For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m.

◆The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃, and a larger relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature, such as 90% at +20°℃. It should be taken into account that it may be accidental due to temperature changes. The effect of condensation.

◆When the device is installed, the inclination to the vertical plane is not more than 5%, and the entire cabinet row is relatively flat.

◆The device should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration and impact, and where the electrical components are not corroded.
