High Titanium Slag (90% TiO₂)

The 90% high titanium slag with low calcium and magnesium content is a high-quality titanium-enriched raw material in the titanium metallurgical field. It features a precisely stabilized titanium dioxide (TiO₂) content of 90%, and its calcium and magnesium impurity levels are far below the industry’s conventional standards, making it an ideal base material for producing titanium series products such as metallic titanium and titanium dioxide.

This product is refined by high-temperature electric furnace smelting and purification of ilmenite, presenting as irregular dark gray particles with customizable particle sizes (regular specifications: 0–10mm, 10–50mm). Thanks to its ultra-low calcium and magnesium characteristics, the product can effectively reduce issues like slag scaling and equipment corrosion in subsequent sulfate or chloride process production lines, lower process energy consumption and purification costs, and significantly improve the core indicators of end products such as titanium dioxide whiteness and metallic titanium purity.
