  This products is an extrusion composite special ink, which needs to be tested before application for food flexible packaging.

Suggested dilution scolvent：
Quick drying：Ethyl ester 60  n-propyl ster 40  butyl ester 0
Standard：Ethyl ester 40     n-propyl ster 60    butyl ester 0
Slow drying： Ethyl ester 20  n-propyl ster 60   butyl ester 20
Note：It is recommended touse quick drying solvents for printing viscosity when using white ink.
Printing viscosity：
    Set according to printing speed and roller depth：
    White ink（Chaen No.3 Cup/25℃）   13---15seconds
    Color ink （Chaen No.3 Cup/25℃）   14---18sesonds

If special pigments or special performance products are needed they can be requested and the company will produce them specifically.

1、The main solvent of this ink system is ester solvent.
2、Ink must be thoroughiy stirred before use,and duning use, it should be adjusted according to the product’s specifications.The printing quality requires the amount of diluent added.
3、During the printing process,an approprlate amount of new ink should be added regularly to buffer the printing ink.The volatilization gradient of the solveent in printing should be adjusted according to the proportion of diluent in response to seasonal and climatic changes.
4、When using slow drying solvents,gold ink,silver ink,or patterns in a strip shape that is consistent with the printing direction,it may cause adhesion and should be noted.
5、This type of extrusion coating ink is not suitable for packaging high-temperature steaming, boiling,oily foods,and permeable items.
6、When the color ink is diluted by a large proportion of white ink or ink blending oil,adverse conditions such as color fading, heating fading,and sun resistance fading may occur.
