Product Overview
Hyperlev F39 is a special silicone polymer. It combines wetting, anti-crater and defoaming functions in one product. It can Improves substrate wetting by drastically reducing the static and dynamic surface tension of the coating. It also can Improve leveling and gloss,especially substrates with low surface tension, such as silicone glue, release agents, etc.

Application
Used in water-based coatings.
It can be added at any stage in the production process, including let-down stage . In order to facilitate the addition, the additive can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.
For complex formulations and application conditions, we strongly recommend rigorous testing prior to use.

Water-based systems (water-based pigments, coatings, latex paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): 0.1~0.5% of the total formulation
Solvent-free system: 0.3~0.5% of the total formulation.
