1Polyurethane Topcoat
Two-component. Colored paint is made by grinding resin with pigments and fillers; metallic paint is formulated by mixing resin with aluminum powder and additives.
Good film appearance, certain corrosion resistance, strong adhesion, high hardness, good resistance to water, oil, grease, and chemical solvents.
Easy to use, fast drying, good weatherability, good adhesion. Suitable for light industrial products, transportation vehicles, cement surfaces, and building components.
2Polyurethane Enamel
Made from hydroxyl acrylic resin ground with pigments and fillers. Single-component for metallic paints, directly thinned; Component B is the curing agent.
High gloss, hard film, good adhesion, full and bright appearance, good abrasion resistance, acid resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, and heat resistance.
Suitable for steel structures with high requirements, waterproofing, paper mills, power plants, outdoor electrical cabinets. Can be used for plastic surface decoration.
3Acrylic Polyurethane Mica Paint
A two-component coating that cures at room temperature, using a highly weather-resistant hydroxyl acrylic resin to formulate a paint with a pearl or metallic gold effect. The mica paint requires a topcoat to protect the metal flakes from exposure, achieving a glossy appearance and enhancing its corrosion resistance.
Hard film, good adhesion, acid resistance, water resistance, oil resistance.
Suitable for metal and plastic surfaces with very high requirements, also for cement walls as mentioned for sealed topcoats. Widely used in marine facilities, chemical and petrochemical plants, bridges, power plants, etc.
4Aliphatic Acrylic Polyurethane Topcoat
Formed from alkyd resin, amino resin (pigments added for colored versions), and organic solvents, resulting in a transparent or translucent paint. Single-component.
Excellent film appearance, full film, strong adhesion, high hardness and abrasion resistance, resistance to acidic chemical solvents, oil, and chemical solvents, significantly better than ordinary acrylic polyurethane paints.
Suitable for light industrial products, instruments, electromechanical equipment, and metal products requiring decoration. Generally used as a topcoat in coating systems for plastic or metal surfaces.
5Acrylic Baking Topcoat
Made from chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, pigments, modified resins, and various additives to improve coating corrosion resistance.
Glossy and wear-resistant film, full appearance, pleasing colors, good adhesion, water and oil resistance. Requires baking at 120~140°C.
Mainly used for chemical equipment, pipelines, automotive corrosion protection, building components, and industrial atmospheric corrosion.
6Acrylic Baking Metallic Paint
A single-component acrylic coating that air-dries at room temperature. Metallic paints usually require a matching topcoat to ensure film performance.
Excellent resistance to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, good atmospheric corrosion resistance, and good elasticity and abrasion resistance.
Suitable for iron parts, corrosion protection and decoration, widely used for light industrial equipment parts, also suitable for cement exterior walls or cement floor decoration.
