Model HK-FHC-Ⅱ Dual-Chamber Hot Chamber for Radiopharmaceutical Production in Cyclotron Accelerators

1. Functions:

(1) Provides a negative pressure, clean environment, significantly reducing the exposure dose for operators;

(2) Can be used to house almost all commercially available synthesis or chemical modules;

(3) Meets the purification requirements of the PET positron emission tomography (PET) radiopharmaceutical synthesis process, featuring a negative pressure design, a 100% exhaust ventilation system, and an airflow greater than 500 m³/h;

(4) 304 stainless steel air-circulating sealed internal cavity unit, meeting all configuration requirements in the drug chemical synthesis process.

2. Configuration:

(1) Overall protection, with a monitor (with an internal camera) or lead glass window installed on the front swing door; surface radiation dose less than 5 uSv/h, and radiation dose less than 1 uSv/h at 1m from the hot chamber; meets ICRP international radiation safety environmental standards. (2) The inner liner is made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate (304 material), and the overall exterior finish is made of steel plate with spray coating or customized;

(3) The inner liner features rounded corners throughout, eliminating dead angles, facilitating cleaning, and meeting national GMP requirements;

(4) The back of the inner liner uses a mirror-finish stainless steel plate design, providing a wider and more convenient operating field of vision;

(5) A complete air intake and exhaust system, with HEPA and activated carbon filters, ensures the cleanliness of the interior and exterior exhaust gases;

(6) A built-in exhaust gas filtration system and a complete sealing system ensure that radioactive gases do not leak out, with an internal negative pressure greater than or equal to -75pa, achieving a Class 10,000 cleanliness level for the indoor air. (7) A dedicated low-voltage control system makes operation safer and more convenient;

(8) Equipped with a real-time exhaust gas collection and treatment device;

(9) Provides sealed interfaces for professional power cables and control cables;

(10) Provides multiple pipeline connections between cabinets to meet users' special needs;

(11) Uses a touch-sensitive centralized control panel;

(12) Equipped with a negative pressure gauge, lighting system, sterilization system, and monitoring system. The monitoring system facilitates observation of the entire operation process.
