Composition and Properties:
The high-efficiency thermal insulation, cooling, and anti-corrosion coating integrates vacuuminsulation technology, infrared reflection technology, thermodynamic technology, scatteringtechnology, and anti-corrosion technology. lt is divided into three coating layers according toapplication: a specialized anti-corrosion primer, a thermal insulation intermediate coat, and a heat.reflective topcoat. The heat-reflective topcoat is available in both one-component and two-component types.
A. The one-component heat-reflective topcoat is composed of elastic acrylic resin, functionalpigments and fillers, imported additives, organic solvents, etc.
B. The two-component heat-reflective topcoat consists of two parts: Component A andComponent B. Component A is composed of highly cross-linked elastic acrylic resin, functionapigments and fillers, imported additives, organic solvents, etc. Component B is composed ofyellowing-resistant isocyanate,imported additives,etc.
This coating not only possesses the characteristics of general anti-corrosion coatings-such asstrong adhesion, good weather resistance, long service life, resistance to acids and alkalis.humidity, heat, salt spray, and UV light-but also exhibits extremely high toughness, resistance tohigh-intensity radiation, high heat reflectivity, and high thermal insulation. lt is a new type of specialcoating that integrates anti-corrosion, thermal insulation, cooling, and heat preservation.
