Product Overview
Nano-composite emulsion 1829 is polymerized by pre-coating silicon nanoparticles, grafting them onto acrylate monomers and polymerizing them in a semi-continuous process with dropwise addition of core-shell process. The product has strong tolerance to anionic and cationic systems, high tolerance to both acidic and alkaline systems, and is miscible with alcohol in any ratio. Because it contains hydroxyl group, it can also be used as two-component isocyanate curing paint or amino baking paint. After modification of anionic and cationic products, it has strong penetration into the pores of substrates such as metal and cement. The product has an extremely fine particle size and is characterized by strong bonding, good adhesion, anti-aging and outdoor durability, and high gloss.
