PC/ABS WH RAL9003
PC/ABS WH RAL9003 is a high-performance alloy engineering plastic that combines the high strength and heat resistance of PC with the easy processing and high toughness of ABS. It is entirely RAL 9003 Signal White (a bright and pure standard white, softer than RAL 9010, combining a modern feel with a clean texture), and is widely suitable for industrial, automotive, and electronic applications where both aesthetic appeal and structural strength are crucial.
Key Performance Highlights
Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength approximately 40-50 MPa, notched impact strength at room temperature 40-50 kJ/m², maintains high toughness even at -30℃, and its impact resistance far exceeds that of pure ABS, making it less prone to brittleness and deformation.
Heat Resistance: Heat distortion temperature (HDT) approximately 102-125℃, Vicat softening temperature 110-140℃, long-term service temperature 90-95℃, capable of stably handling high-temperature conditions.
Processing and Surface Properties: Superior melt flow compared to pure PC, suitable for injection molding, extrusion, and other processes; supports thin-wall molding (minimum 0.6mm); high surface finish, easy to spray, electroplat, or print, achieving a high-gloss appearance without spraying.
Physicochemical and Environmental Properties: Density approximately 1.08 g/cm³, volume resistivity ≥1×10¹⁶ Ω・cm, excellent electrical insulation; resistant to acids, alkalis, greases, and environmental stress cracking; complies with RoHS environmental standards and supports recycling.

Automotive: Instrument panel frames, door panels, center console panels, pillar trim, air conditioning vents, and other interior and exterior components, balancing heat resistance and aesthetic appeal.
Electronics: Laptop/mobile phone casings, printer/copier structural components, router/set-top box casings, switch panels, etc., balancing high strength and precise dimensional stability.

RAL 9003 Signal White is a standard industrial white with 0% CMYK values and RGB reference values of R236, G236, and B231. It features a bright, pure color with good reflectivity, enhancing the cleanliness of a space and complementing minimalist modern product design styles. It is recommended to confirm the color using the actual RAL color chart to avoid color discrepancies on the screen affecting the appearance.
Selection and Usage Tips
Suitable for structural and exterior parts requiring impact resistance, heat resistance, and high surface finish. Not recommended for high wear resistance or strong sliding applications (such as gears and bearings).
For long-term outdoor use, a UV-resistant modified version should be selected to prevent yellowing and aging. During processing, it is recommended to control the material temperature at 230-275℃ and the mold temperature at 80-100℃ to optimize molding results.
