(formerly Xuancheng Yabang Chemical Co., Ltd.) was established in September 2003 and is located in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. The company currently owns a wholly-owned subsidiary, Yinchuan Baihong New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and a joint venture, Jiangsu TOYO Shenlanhua Pigment Co., Ltd. Shenlanhua primarily engages in the research, development, production, and sales of high-end organic pigments and intermediates such as phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, and permanent violet. Shenlanhua is one of the leading enterprises in the production of organic pigments in China. Its products are widely used in industries including printing inks, coatings, plastics, rubber, leather, fibers, textiles, building materials, and agrochemical product coloring. Products are exported to markets in Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the domestic market. Some high-end products are applied in fields such as liquid crystal ink color development, 3D printing, and photo bleaching. The company plans to extend its product chain into the high-end electronic chemicals industry based on organic pigments.

The company has been recognized as a "National High-tech Enterprise" for over a decade and is designated as a "National Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative 'Little Giant' Enterprise". It has established a "Provincial Postdoctoral Scientific Research Workstation", an "Anhui Provincial Enterprise Research and Development Center", and an "Anhui Provincial Enterprise Technology Center".

The project "Phthalocyanine Blue and Green Manufacturing, Functional Technology, and Its Application" won the Second Prize of the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
