PVC paste resin is a kind of liquid form of PVC resin, which is mainly used to make paste, and is usually produced by lotion method and micro suspension method. Its particle size is fine, and when mixed with plasticizers, it forms a stable PVC sol that can be processed into finished products by heating. It has the characteristics of convenient configuration, stable performance, good chemical stability, excellent mechanical strength, and easy coloring. This resin processing equipment has low cost, simple molds, and easy foaming. The products are heated less frequently and are widely used in fields such as artificial leather, vinyl toys, medical gloves, soft trademarks, wallpaper, coatings, and foam plastics. In 2008, the total global production capacity of paste resin was approximately 3.742 million tons per year, with China accounting for 13.4% of the production capacity and producing 380000 tons, ranking third in the world in terms of production capacity.
