Scraping Type Filter
It adopts high efficient mechanical cleaning method to auto remove particles on the surface of filter element. It can work continuously, accuracy range is 25-3000 micron, do not need manual cleaning.
1. It adopts linear reciprocating cleaning, directly removing impurity from the filter element.
2. Shaft sealing adopts two seal, with good sealing effect. Easy to disassemble and change.
3. It realizes on-line continuous filtering and automatic running, without heavy work of filter element replacement and cleaning.
4. It has minimal pressure loss and stable flow, saving energy consumption of pipeline and be conducive to continuous and stable of technology.
5. It is closed filtering, preventing leakage of dangerous materials, which ensures safe production.
