Permeable Epoxy Resin Coating Composed of epoxy resin and iron oxide powder (or iron gray) to form the epoxy resin matrix, with the curing agent in component B. The coating film has strong rust prevention ability, good solvent resistance, good water resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong adhesion to topcoats. Suitable for underwater use on ships, internal and external corrosion protection of chemical pipelines, dry bridges, etc., as an anti-corrosion topcoat.

Epoxy Zinc-Rich Primer Component A consists of epoxy resin, zinc powder, and additives, while component B is the curing agent. The coating film has excellent adhesion, good wear resistance, strong rust prevention performance, excellent cathodic protection effect, and good compatibility with welding. Suitable for rust prevention on steel surfaces after treatment in railway stages, and can also be used as a rust prevention primer for rubber and plastic products, without affecting welding performance.

Epoxy Heavy-Duty Coating Made from imported pigments and epoxy resin, mixed with a curing agent for use. Components A and B are packaged separately. The coating film has strong rust prevention ability, good solvent resistance, fast drying, excellent water resistance, and good oil and corrosion resistance. A single application can achieve a thickness of over 60 microns. Suitable for underwater use on ships, internal and external corrosion protection of chemical pipelines, vehicles, and bridges as an anti-corrosion topcoat. Compatible with epoxy topcoats, chlorinated rubber anti-corrosion topcoats, polyethylene anti-corrosion topcoats, and high-chlorinated polyvinyl chloride anti-corrosion topcoats.

Epoxy Intermediate Coat Composed of epoxy resin and fillers, with the curing agent in component B. The coating film is fine and smooth, with excellent color retention, fast drying, and strong interlayer adhesion. Used between zinc-rich primers and topcoats, smoother than traditional intermediate coats, applied after sealing primer to reduce topcoat usage.

Epoxy Iron Oxide Intermediate Coat Formed by grinding and dispersing epoxy resin with mica iron oxide red or gray and additives, mixed with a curing agent for use. The coating film has excellent adhesion, good water resistance, and good oil and corrosion resistance, significantly enhancing the interlayer adhesion between primers and topcoats. Suitable for large chemical equipment, pipelines, large steel structures, etc., as an intermediate coat in construction.

Epoxy Glass Flake Coating Mainly composed of epoxy resin as the film-forming material, combined with glass flakes, anti-corrosion pigments, and oil-resistant enhancers, with the curing agent in component B. The coating film has excellent water resistance and chemical stability, strong adhesion, high mechanical strength, significant corrosion resistance, and certain decorative properties. Suitable for waterproof layers on steel structures, internal corrosion protection of chemical pipelines, anti-corrosion decoration of oil pipelines and equipment, etc. Can be used directly as an anti-corrosion topcoat or matched with epoxy topcoats and epoxy iron oxide intermediate coats.

Epoxy Coal Tar Coating Composed of epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, and additives, with the curing agent in component B. The coating film is black, with excellent adhesion, strong water resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. Mainly used for chemical corrosion protection, anti-corrosion of marine and underground pipelines. Compatible with epoxy topcoats, epoxy primers, and epoxy coal tar primers.

Epoxy Sealer Composed of epoxy resin and fillers, with additives and solvents to ensure a smooth finish, and the curing agent in component B. The coating film has excellent adhesion, acid and alkali resistance, and good water and oil resistance. Suitable for internal corrosion protection of large chemical equipment and pipelines. Compatible with epoxy topcoats.
