SRUV5000 series flexographic inks

The SRUV5000 series flexographic inks boast safe and reliable performance, excellent printability, fast curing speed, and superior physical and chemical properties. They are mainly applied to self-adhesive labels (coated/uncoated paper, coated thermal paper, PE, PP, and coated PE/PP), in-mold labels, wrap-around labels, and more. These inks are suitable for high-demand packaging prints such as those used for food, beverages, tobacco, alcohol, and pharmaceuticals.

Technical Parameters:

 

l Appearance: White or colored liquid

l Viscosity: 30-50 seconds (at 20ºC, using Zahn Cup #4)

 

Precautions for Use:

 

l Before use, stir thoroughly to ensure the uniform distribution of components in the ink.

l Maintain good ventilation in the workplace to expel harmful gases such as ozone generated during the curing process.

l Seal and store any unused ink to prevent the entry of dust and other contaminants.

l Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature environments.

l Do not mix UV flexographic inks with other types of inks, as this may cause adverse reactions.

 

Cleaning：

 

● Regular cleaning methods for UV inks.

● Use the specialized cleaning agent provided by our company.

 

Expire Period:

 

l 6 months. Even if the expiry period is exceeded, the product can be used after inspection.
