General purpose grade, wet ground by imported mill with good particle size distribution, densely coated with inorganic compounds of silicon oxide and alumina.
Features
High hiding power: TiO₂ has an extremely high refractive index and can strongly scatter and reflect light. Only a small amount of addition can effectively cover the color of the underlying object, provide excellent hiding properties for the coating, and make the surface of the coated object present a uniform and white appearance.
High whiteness and gloss: It has excellent whiteness and can give the coating a bright and pure white color. At the same time, it can improve the gloss of the coating, make the coating surface smooth and bright, and increase the decorativeness of the coating.
Chemical stability: It has good chemical stability and is not easy to react chemically with other components in the coating, nor is it easily corroded by external chemicals. This allows the coating to maintain stable color and performance during long-term use, and is not easy to fade, discolor or powder.
Strong weather resistance: It has strong absorption and scattering ability for ultraviolet rays, which can effectively protect the organic components in the coating from damage by ultraviolet rays, thereby improving the weather resistance of the coating, extending the service life of the coating, and enabling it to maintain good performance in outdoor environments.

Application fields
Used for PVC pipe and profile, powder coating, papermaking, master batch, road marking paint.
Architectural coatings: Widely used in interior and exterior wall coatings, it can provide good hiding power and decorative properties, making the appearance of the building beautiful and generous, and can effectively resist the erosion of natural factors such as wind, rain, and ultraviolet rays to protect the wall.
Industrial coatings: Used in industrial fields such as automotive coatings, ship coatings, and mechanical coatings. In fire-retardant coatings, TiO₂ can improve the thermal insulation and flame retardant effects of the coatings; in antibacterial coatings, it has a certain photocatalytic antibacterial effect; in self-cleaning coatings, its photocatalytic properties can be used to decompose organic dirt on the surface and keep the coating surface clean.
Storage
It should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture. TiO₂ has a certain degree of hygroscopicity, and moisture may affect its dispersibility and performance.
The storage temperature should not be too high or too low. It is generally recommended to store at room temperature to prevent changes in pigment performance due to extreme temperature changes.
