1Productoverview:
It is prepared using aqueous polyurethane resin as the film-forming base material, HDI as the curing agent, and adding environmentally friendly pigments, fillers, and functional additives.

2Productfeatures:

It has good film hardness and excellent weather resistance, with high film丰满度 (fullness), making it suitable for use as the topcoat in heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating systems. It has good compatibility and excellent mechanical properties. It can cover primer sanding marks and can also be used with oil-based curing agents; baking is preferred due to its long pot life.

3Productuse:

Primarily used for coating various large steel structures, bridges, power equipment, mechanical equipment, petrochemical facilities, storage tanks, modified vehicles, agricultural machinery, etc., in indoor and outdoor heavy-duty corrosion protection environments where high corrosion resistance performance is required.

Technical Parameters: Color:
Various colors. Theoretical paint consumption: 1KG/ approximately 6-8 square meters.
Application methods: Spraying, rolling, brushing.
Recoating time: 5-12 hours.
Construction environment: Construction is prohibited when the ambient temperature is below 10°C or the humidity is above 85%. Waterproofing and anti-freezing measures should be taken for the painted parts.
