Water-based Lam Adhesive 1918 (P/P/Al/P)
【Scope of Application】
1918 Water-based Lamination Adhesive is suitable for cross lamination between plastic films (such as BOPP, PET, PA, CPP, PE), aluminum-plated films, aluminum foils and kraft paper. It features excellent lamination strength and sealing strength, with high film-forming transparency. It is applicable to the lamination process of plastic packages including food bags, candy bags, pharmaceutical packages, daily chemical packages and electronic product packages.
【Safety & Environmental Performance】
The VOC content of 1918 Water-based Lamination Adhesive is less than 1%. It is non-flammable, free of toxic or harmful substances, and complies with EU ROHS testing standards and US FDA food packaging safety testing standards.
【Requirements for Lamination Machine Equipment】
All levels of ovens can normally heat up to 60-90℃, and heating rollers can heat up to 65-80℃.
The laminating heating roller is above the lamination adhesive (adhesive top-fed type), the inner diameter of laminating cylinder is >100mm, and laminating pressure is >0.6 MPa.
The anilox roller adopts laser engraving plate with regular hexagonal cells, or is equipped with a reliable glue equalizing roller.

VOC content: 0.7% (19℃ condition).
Viscosity: 14-18s (using No.4 Ford Cup, 25℃) or 60-150 cps.
pH value: 7.0-7.5.
Solid content: 45±1%.
Packaging specification: 50KG plastic drum (or customized packaging as per customer requirements).
Shelf life: 12 months (sealed storage at 5-30℃).
