WATER-BASED PAINT CLASS

Epoxy Silicone Heat-Resistant Paint

Made from synthetic epoxy silicone resin mixed with pigments and additives, ground into a paste. Used with a matching curing agent.

The film is hard, more resistant to strong acids and alkalis than general resins, and exhibits excellent weather resistance, water resistance, and strong color retention. The film can remain non-aging and non-peeling for over 15 years.Mainly used for corrosion and heat resistance of large chemical equipment, aircraft engines, automotive engines, and large boilers.

 

Fluorocarbon Coating

Made from high-quality fluororesin with highly weather-resistant pigments and corresponding composite coatings. Metallic paint must be used with a topcoat.

Fast reaction speed and strong bonding force.

Suitable for high-protection decorative coatings on various large steel structures, acid tanks, oil tanks, automotive topcoats, glass curtain walls, cement surfaces, and other large structures.

 

AB Adhesive

A two-component adhesive (A and B) made from epoxy resin, curing agent, and special additives.

Dries quickly and is flame-retardant, difficult to ignite. In case of fire, it isolates heat transfer and fire spread, providing active protection against fire hazards.

Suitable for bonding various materials.

 

Flame-Retardant Paint

Made from special resins, this paint is a new type of flame-retardant and fire-resistant coating.

Offers good adhesion to steel pipe surfaces with effective coating results. The anti-rust coating is incompatible and non-reactive with anti-rust paint and marking spray paint. Low toxicity and low harm. Easy to remove using simple chemical methods.

Mainly used for flame retardancy of wood.

 

Steel Pipe Anti-Rust Special Coating

Made from special synthetic resins, usually a clear coat. Marking paint is often colored. Fast air-drying or quick-drying.

The film has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, water and moisture resistance, easy static dissipation, and excellent hygiene properties. The film is hard with good adhesion, solvent resistance, abrasion resistance, and good chemical resistance.

Protects the outer surface of steel pipes from oxidation (rusting) for a certain period and provides a certain aesthetic effect.

 

Epoxy Anti-Static Dust-Proof Paint

Component A consists of epoxy resin, coloring pigments, corrosion-resistant fillers, conductive additives, and solvents. Component B is the curing agent. Dries at room temperature.

The film is easy to peel off and can be reused after dissolving in solvent.

Used for indoor and outdoor decoration requiring anti-static properties, cement floors, inner wall protection of compartments and storage tanks containing gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and engine oil.

 

Strippable Paint

Composed of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, plasticizers, lubricating grease, fatty acids, and other solvents.

The film dries quickly and has excellent adhesion.

Mainly used as a substitute for oil seals, providing temporary rust prevention for steel, non-ferrous metals, and alloys.

 

Wash Primer

Composed of polyvinyl butyral resin and acids.

Application is limited to steel surfaces. Galvanized parts and stainless steel surfaces must be free of rust, stains, or moisture.

Used for priming steel surfaces.

 

Water-based Alkyd Anti-rust Primer

Formulated by grinding water-based alkyd resin, pigments, anti-rust fillers, and blending with special additives; the alkyd aluminum coating is composed of water-based alkyd resin, aluminum powder, and special additives.

Easy to use, strong adhesion, non-toxic and odorless, safe and environmentally friendly.

Suitable for industrial equipment painting in anti-corrosion environments such as steel purlins, railings, steel formworks, ironwork, pipelines, machinery, and hardware.

 

Water-based Acrylic Fast-drying Anti-rust Paint

Formulated by grinding water-based acrylic resin or acrylic-modified alkyd resin, pigments, anti-rust fillers, and blending with special additives.

Easy to use, strong adhesion, non-toxic and odorless, safe and environmentally friendly, non-flammable and non-explosive, easy to store and transport.

Applicable for anti-corrosion and protection of ships, bridge steel structures, containers, etc., and can also be used as a shop primer.

 

Water-based Epoxy Zinc-rich Primer

Mainly composed of water-based epoxy resin and water-based epoxy curing agent, combined with zinc powder, fillers, additives, co-solvents, water, etc., and processed through grinding and dispersion.

High construction efficiency, fast drying, high mechanical strength of the film, strong adhesion, and excellent anti-corrosion performance.

Suitable for anti-corrosion environments such as steel purlins, railings, steel formworks, ironwork, pipelines, machinery, and hardware.

 

Water-based Polyurethane Coating

Composed of water-based acrylic polyurethane dispersion, water, pigments, additives, etc., paired with modified aliphatic polyisocyanate as component B.

Excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, weather resistance, and low VOC content.

Suitable for occasions with high requirements for floor aesthetics and comfort, and can also be used for flooring in offices, schools, libraries, hospitals, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
