Water-dispersible silicone defoamer DF-601
Product description
DF-601 defoamer is a water-dispersible silicone defoamer. It is a defoamer product for controlling foam made from polyether modified silicon as the main raw material and specially developed for metalworking fluid concentrates.
DF-601 defoamer is mainly used in metal processing liquid systems.
DF-601 defoamer can be added directly to the concentrate of metalworking fluid, and then stirred slightly to ensure complete dispersion and uniformity.
The recommended amount to be added to metalworking fluids: 0.1-0.5%.
DF-601 defoamer is shipped in 25-liter plastic drums with a net weight of 25 kg. Or shipped in 200-liter plastic drums with a net weight of 200 kg.

In order to ensure product quality, the container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored at conventional room temperature and avoid long-term exposure to extreme hot and cold environments, as it may cause product stratification. If the product is layered, stir before use. If the product is frozen, it needs to be heated and thawed, and stirred after thawing.
*The compatibility and stability in the formula are good, and the dispersion in water is good.
*The amount is small and does not affect the basic properties of the foaming system.
The shelf life of the product is six months.
