The company was established on December 2, 2010. In March 2015, it was restructured as a joint-stock company from Zhejiang Nami Material Technology Co., Ltd., and listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) for small and medium-sized enterprises on September 1 of the same year, entering the capital market. Located in Beishan Industrial Park, Anji County, Zhejiang Province, the company primarily engages in the research, development, production, and sales of environmentally friendly water-based pigment dispersions and UV functional materials. It was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in 2014.
The company emphasizes product innovation and possesses strong capabilities in product research and application. It has a provincial-level R&D team composed of multiple PhDs and master's degree holders, centered around experts selected into China's National Talent Program, Zhejiang Province's Talent Program, and the South Taihu Elite Program. In May 2016, the company established a provincial post-doctoral workstation and conducts multi-level technical collaborations with numerous domestic and international research institutions and Fortune 500 companies, including the China Textile Academy, Jiangnan University, East China University of Science and Technology, South China University of Technology, Princeton University, and Japan's Dispersion Research Institute.
The company’s products have obtained Intertek Chemical Green Leaf Certification and Ecopassport Swiss Textile Chemical Certification. It owns two registered trademarks—'Xianlite' and 'Yindisu'—with 'Xianlite' being recognized as one of China's top ten coating auxiliary materials. The products comply with various international regulatory requirements such as PAHs, RoHS, and EN71-3, and are widely used in coatings, inks, papermaking, textiles, latex, stationery, digital inkjet inks, agrochemical products, and optical film coatings.
