“Police and Enterprises Working Together to Safeguard Development” Symposium Successfully Held at the IBI Digital Economy Headquarters

On May 20, 2026, the Fengtai Public Security Bureau convened the “Police and Enterprises Working Together to Safeguard Development” Symposium and the Delivery Ceremony of the Public Security Service Package for Enterprises. Representatives from government, public security authorities, and enterprises gathered together for in-depth exchanges, candid communication, and practical discussions on measures to strengthen collaboration. The event further consolidated joint efforts between police and enterprises, leveraging public security services to support high-quality economic and social development across the district.

Police and Enterprises Gather to Discuss Development

To implement the requirements of the Ministry of Public Security, the Party Committee of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the Fengtai District Committee and Government regarding the optimization of the rule-of-law business environment and support for high-quality development, the Fengtai Public Security Bureau organized the symposium and delivery ceremony at the IBI Digital Economy Headquarters on May 20. The event served as a platform for government authorities, public security departments, and enterprises to jointly discuss development, explore solutions, and promote public safety.

Attendees included Chen Longbo, Deputy District Mayor, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fengtai Public Security Bureau, and Director of the Bureau; Wang Luxiu, Member of the Party Committee of the Legal Affairs Corps of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau and Commander of the Comprehensive Management Brigade; and Zheng Yi, Commander of the Administrative Cases Brigade of the Legal Affairs Corps of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Leaders from the Fengtai District Development and Reform Commission, Zhongguancun Science Park Fengtai Park, and Kandan Subdistrict, together with heads of relevant departments and police stations of the Fengtai Public Security Bureau and representatives of eight key “Service Package” enterprises within the district, also attended the meeting. The symposium was chaired by Zhao Ning, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Fengtai Public Security Bureau.

Building Consensus and Providing Precise Support

During the meeting, a video presentation was shown highlighting the police-enterprise liaison initiatives carried out by the Science Park Police Station under the Fengtai Public Security Bureau.

Representatives of participating enterprises shared their operational needs, development priorities, and suggestions. Public security officials responded to each concern on-site and provided detailed explanations. Leaders from the Fengtai District Development and Reform Commission and the Legal Affairs Corps of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau also offered guidance on improving the business environment and strengthening police-enterprise services.

In his remarks, Chen Longbo comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the district’s public security system over the past year in areas including anti-fraud protection for enterprises, police-enterprise communication mechanisms, and public services supporting business development.

Addressing enterprise needs in three key areas—faster services, more precise support, and people-centered law enforcement—he made a series of commitments. He emphasized that Fengtai District is currently at a critical stage of “Pioneering Leadership and Comprehensive Advancement.” As the main force safeguarding public security and a builder of a high-quality business environment, the Fengtai Public Security Bureau must remain aligned with the district’s development goals and work hand in hand with enterprises to contribute to Fengtai’s high-quality development.

In light of the current telecommunications and online fraud landscape, as well as the characteristics of local enterprises, he highlighted three priorities:

First, intensify anti-fraud efforts. Further implement the “Two Full Coverages and Three New Measures” initiative, with targeted training for newly recruited employees, finance personnel, and senior executives to ensure anti-fraud awareness becomes deeply embedded.

Second, strengthen institutional mechanisms. Continue improving the police-enterprise liaison framework and issue daily enterprise risk alerts. Timely warnings will be provided to enterprises and employees regarding emerging criminal tactics and high-risk areas.

Third, expand the prevention and awareness network. By strengthening cooperation between police and enterprises, anti-fraud education and prevention efforts can help improve the overall public security environment and make Fengtai a district where enterprises are most confident to invest, most secure to develop, and best protected by the rule of law.

Service Package Delivery and On-Site Exchange

At the conclusion of the event, the Fengtai Public Security Bureau officially delivered the Public Security Service Package for Enterprises. The package further clarified 15 specific service measures across four categories: government services, crime prevention and enforcement, dispute resolution, and security protection, effectively removing barriers in the “last mile” of enterprise services.

Following the meeting, participating leaders toured the cultural exhibition area of key enterprises within the district and experienced demonstrations of artificial intelligence innovations and applications.
