Market Analysis

Overseas: Rainfall in Thailand's production areas increased month-on-month, with frequent rainfall disturbances in the northeast constraining the release of cup lump output. In the south, latex production was normal, but downstream demand was lackluster, factory purchasing appetite was weak, and latex prices maintained a weak trend.
Vietnam's main production areas were affected by concentrated shower weather, causing intermittent disruptions to tapping operations, but overall raw material supply volume remained acceptable.
Domestic: In Yunnan production areas, the impact of continued rainfall became more pronounced, with tapping volume affected and procurement prices in relative disarray across both high and low ends.
In Hainan production areas, influenced by the monsoon trough, precipitation increased significantly, hindering tapping operations. Fresh latex supply on the island was tight, and local processing plants faced limited actual raw material availability. This intensified the willingness to pay premiums for raw materials, and the center of gravity for raw material procurement prices shifted slightly upward.

Demand Side:
According to reports, affected by persistent high temperatures, individual tire enterprises halted production or reduced output, suppressing the recovery of industry operating rates. Meanwhile, a batch of factories that had completed equipment maintenance were gradually resuming production. The industry as a whole continued its production control strategy, and finished product inventories at enterprises with longer shutdown cycles were slightly digested. Factory shipments at the beginning of the month were generally weak overall. In the short term, continued attention is needed to subsequent price adjustments and promotional policy changes across enterprises.
Futures and Spot Price Summary

Market Outlook
Today the futures market continued its oscillating pattern, with holders maintaining firm quotations. On the supply side, weather warnings indicate that some domestic and overseas regions face heavy rainfall affecting tapping operations, with raw material supply temporarily constrained, providing support for raw material procurement prices. Downstream buyers were purchasing in small quantities at low prices, and actual transactions were sparse. In the short term, bullish market sentiment is rising, and the natural rubber market may show a relatively strong oscillating trend.
