Foreign: Weather improved in Thailand this week, but geopolitical conflicts persisted, keeping cup rubber prices firm. Seasonal production in Vietnam increased, but factories increased their purchase prices, supporting strong raw material prices.

Domestic: Continuous rainfall in Yunnan suppressed raw material output, keeping rubber prices high. Improved weather in Hainan has allowed rubber tapping to resume, but the pace remains slow, pushing up raw material prices.

Demand: It is understood that companies that underwent maintenance at the beginning of the month have resumed work and production as planned, and overall production has gradually returned to pre-shutdown levels.

Factory shipments performed well during the shutdown period, while some full-steel tire companies experienced stockouts. Semi-steel tire companies experienced average shipments, with a slow destocking pace. In the short term, affected by orders, production will likely remain largely unchanged, making further increases more difficult.
