This time, Anhui Xuanhuang Tire Co., Ltd. successfully acquired an industrial land in Zhongming Town, Congyang County at a price of 45.45 million yuan. The total area of the land is 200,000 square meters. According to the plan, 240,000 square meters of factory buildings and supporting facilities will be built, and the starting price of the land is 188 yuan per square meter. The completion of this land transaction has paved the way for the project to move from the planning stage to actual construction.
According to the Carbon Black Industry Network, the total investment of the tire production project is 1.28 billion yuan, with an annual design of 6 million semi-steel radial tires, and the product positioning is high performance and green environmental protection. As early as May this year, the project had completed the signing procedures and preliminary planning and design work. Anhui Xuanhuang Tire Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the implementation of the project, was established in October 2024 with a registered capital of 88.8 million yuan. The company's equity structure shows that Ye Zichen holds 95% of the shares and is the actual controller, while Liu Yanxu holds the remaining 5% of the shares.
