Dalian Container Terminal Co., Ltd. has been awarded the “2025 Silk Road Maritime Route Excellent Service Award.”
Recently, the 2026 "Silk Road Maritime" Annual Conference was successfully held in Nanning, Guangxi. Over 200 guests from renowned domestic and international port groups, shipping companies, railway operators, cargo owners, industry think tanks, and authoritative media gathered to discuss industry development trends and explore land-sea linkage pathways. At the conference, Dalian Container Terminal Company won the "2025 'Silk Road Maritime' Route Quality Service Award" for its outstanding route operation efficiency and service standards.
"Silk Road Maritime" is the first comprehensive international shipping logistics service brand and platform under the "Belt and Road" initiative, created by Fujian Province leveraging its maritime advantages. Since its launch in 2018, the brand has been deeply integrated into the development of port, shipping, and trade. The alliance now includes 375 member units, with 148 "Silk Road Maritime" routes originating from over ten ports across China, including Guangxi, Fujian, and Liaoning, connecting 150 ports in 48 countries and regions worldwide. It has become a vital link connecting China and the world, bridging land and sea, and is an important carrier for high-quality "Belt and Road" construction.
The award-winning "SITC Vietnam Line (CKV)" covers major Vietnamese ports such as Haiphong, Chu Lai, and Da Nang, further enhancing the logistics network between Dalian Port and the ASEAN region. During its operation in 2025, the route performed exceptionally well, with a total of 45 voyages, a direct docking rate of 97%, an on-time rate of 100%, and a year-on-year throughput growth of 9%. Its stable and efficient service has earned high recognition from customers and the industry.
In recent years, Dalian Container Terminal Company has continuously strengthened the construction of its shipping center, focusing on upgrading global logistics channels. In 2025, six new international trade routes were launched, further improving the route network layout. Leveraging the opportunity of alliance restructuring, the company successfully secured three major ocean routes: the Mediterranean Shipping Europe Line, the East Mediterranean Line, and the Ocean Alliance's West America-Middle East Line, effectively driving rapid growth in export business. Additionally, three new near-sea international trade routes were added, including the Southeast Asia Line and the Korea Line, continuously expanding the route coverage density in the RCEP region and providing more convenient logistics support for regional trade exchanges.
Dalian Container Terminal Company will focus on the dual main lines of market expansion and service quality improvement, continuously optimizing the business environment, enhancing route service assurance capabilities and customer experience, and deepening cooperation with all member units of the "Silk Road Maritime" alliance. With stronger momentum and higher-quality services, the company aims to contribute the strength of Liaoning Port to weaving a smooth global logistics network and promoting high-quality "Belt and Road" construction.
