Hebei transportation services revolve around demand.

With the implementation of a series of important measures to promote investment and stabilize growth, transportation investment in Hebei Province has remained at a high level, reaching a record high for the same period in history, successfully achieving the "double over half" task target. In the first half of the year, transportation construction projects across the province completed an investment of 65.09 billion yuan, accounting for 52.9% of the annual plan, a year-on-year increase of 1.2%.

The second phase of the Qu-Gang Expressway project is a key construction project in Hebei Province. At the construction site of the key control project, the Grand Canal Bridge, the sound of machinery operations is constant, and the entire bridge has already begun to take shape.

Wang Liyong, the manager of the second section of the Qu-Gang Expressway Phase II project, introduced that 80% of the substructure construction of the main bridge has been completed, and construction workers are currently carrying out cap beam construction and temporary pier setup operations. The main bridge project is planned to be completed by the end of the year.

300 kilometers away, the construction of the Tangshan Port Jingtang Port Area Berths 51 and 52 bulk cargo project, with a total investment of 5.899 billion yuan, is also progressing simultaneously. At the foundation treatment construction site of the berth project, more than 30 dynamic compaction machines are conducting dynamic compaction replacement operations.

Dredging construction is a prerequisite for berth capacity. Zhang Bo, the Minister of the Second Engineering Management Department of the Project Center of Hebei Port Group, introduced that to ensure the smooth progress of dredging construction, the Hebei Provincial Department of Transportation helped the enterprise coordinate and communicate with multiple parties, ultimately clarifying the land use rights for construction. The project is expected to complete an investment of approximately 1.325 billion yuan within the year.

Since the beginning of this year, the Hebei Provincial Department of Transportation has adhered to the principle of aligning resources with projects and tailoring services to meet needs. It has established a coordination and promotion mechanism for preliminary project work, launched a series of project tackling actions, and resolved a number of key and challenging issues. It has secured 10.941 billion yuan in central funds, effectively ensuring the accelerated progress of 129 key transportation projects being implemented this year.
