According to customs data, the final import volume of natural rubber in China in June 2023 was 504,400 tons (including technical classifications, latex, smoked sheets, primary shapes, mixed rubber, and composite rubber), showing a month-on-month increase of 6.68% and a year-on-year increase of 16.31%. The accumulated import volume from January to June was 3,271,500 tons, showing an accumulated increase of 19.72% year-on-year.

Technical Classifications Natural Rubber

The final import volume of technical classifications natural rubber in June 2023 is 138,400 tons, which is a month-on-month decrease of 11.49% and a year-on-year increase of 38.56%.

From January to June 2023,China's accumulated import volume was 890,600 tons, showing a year-on-year increase of 24.17%.

Among them, the main import source countries are Thailand, Côte d'Ivoire, Malaysia and Indonesia, accounting for 39.06%, 28.47%, 14.11% and 12.22% of the total import volume in June respectively, in which Thailand ranked first.

Natural Latex

The final import volume of the natural latex in June 2023 is 26,900 tons, which is a month-on-month increase of 41.45% and a year-on-year decrease of 52.23%.

From January to June 2023, China's accumulated import volume was 216,200 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 15.20%.

Among them, the main import source countries are Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia, accounting for 50.41%, 47.82% and 1.75% of the total import volume in June respectively. Vietnam surpasses Thailand, taking the leading position.

Natural Latex Smoked Sheet

The final import volume of the natural latex smoked sheet in June 2023 was 8,500 tons, which is a month-on-month increase of 42.8% and a year-on-year increase of 52.07%.

From January to June 2023,China's accumulated import volume was 66,600 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 35.34%.

Among them, the main import source countries are Thailand, Myanmar and Vietnam, accounting for 50.24%, 32.61% and 11.92% of the total import volume in June respectively.

The Mixture of Natural Rubber and Synthetic Rubber

The final import volume of the mixture of natural rubber and synthetic rubber in June 2023 is 313,900 tons, which is a month-on-month increase of 12.92% and a year-on-year increase of 20.66%.

From January to June 2023,China's accumulated import volume was 2,011,100 tons, a year-on-year increase of 33.58%.

Among them, the main import source countries are Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, accounting for 55.73%, 25.76%, and 11.13% of the total import volume in June respectively.
